Case study 04 / Fintech operations
EasyWallet
A financial product that makes complex money movement feel understandable.

The product
EasyWallet connects everyday payment and transfer experiences with the verification, settlement, risk, and support workflows required behind them.
The visible product needed to feel simple, while every financial action remained traceable and understandable for operational teams.
The challenge
Money movement creates states that users care about immediately. A payment may be pending, completed, reversed, disputed, or held for review. Each state needs clear communication and a reliable operational path.
The challenge was to keep the customer experience calm without hiding the controls required for KYC, settlements, fraud review, and support.
01 / Product thinking
Making transaction state clear
Payment and transfer flows were designed around explicit status, confirmation, history, and recovery. Users needed to know what happened, while the backend protected balance and transaction rules.
That clarity continued into support and finance views so teams could investigate the same transaction without guessing.

02 / Product thinking
Giving risk and operations a useful view
Operational workflows brought together identity checks, transaction details, review queues, and support actions.
The goal was to help teams resolve exceptions through the product instead of relying on manual data fixes.

The outcome
One product, connected from experience to operations.
EasyWallet connects the simplicity expected by customers with the control required by finance, risk, and support teams.
The result is a more coherent financial product across mobile and operational web experiences.
